Maintaining a constant heat in your grow room of between 18-28 degrees is vital for healthy plant growth, and indeed to get the best out of your plant ideally the drop from daytime (lights on) to night time (lights off) should be no more than 5 degrees.
eg - If your max temperature in the daytime is 28 degrees then your minimum when the lights are off should be 23 degrees.
